Composition:
Eucalyptol (98% cineol content) combined with some precious essences.
Effects:
Prevention and treatment of colds, runny nose, swelling, nasal congestion, cough, chest pain, abdominal pain, muscle pain, headache, dizziness, nausea, insect bites.
Dosage:
Massage the sore skin.
Colds and flu, runny nose, stuffy nose: Apply oil on your temples, neck, neck and nose.
Headache, dizziness, nausea: Rub the oil on your temples, neck, philtrum, nose.
Coughing, tightness in the chest: Oil and above the chest, neck and back.
Dyspepsia, abdominal pain: Rub oil on the belly.
With flu, you can inhale, specify it as 5 -10 drops in a bowl with about 250 ml of hot water.
You can also take a few drops of oil in a cup with hot water or hot drinks.
Caution:
Not recommended for children under 3 years, not in the eye, not use on open wounds or to the chest during lactation.
